Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Although all online transactions are encrypted and secure, if you do not feel comfortable transmitting your credit card number and other information over the internet, call us directly to place your order with one of our customer representatives. If you would like to fax or email your payment information, please download this Credit Card Payment Authorization and follow the instructions included.



Checks

Pre-payment with a personal check or company check is accepted. Mail your order information and check to Backstreet Security Products dba Backstreet Surveillance, 390 West Ironwood Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115. Once the check has cleared your bank, we will ship the order. This process takes 5-7 days after we have received the check before the order can be shipped.



Purchase Orders

As of Jan 1st 2018 opening orders using purchase orders are only accepted from government agencies, public schools, universities, hospitals and publicly funded organizations. Initial orders from corporations require pre-payment. Send us a copy of the PO detailing the equipment to be purchased including quoted prices. The PO must include the company name, billing and shipping address, a contact person, phone number and contact email address. The terms are standard 30 day net. PayPal

PayPal enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. You must have a PayPal account and have funds available in the account. If you do not have an account you can set one up in minutes and transfer money from your bank checking account into your PayPal account. PayPal payments are only accepted on-line. Bank Transfer

If you would like to pay for an order using a bank to bank wire transfer, please contact one of our support representatives who will be glad to provide the details. The time period for a bank transfer to complete can range from a few hours to one or two days depending on the circumstances. A bank transfer should be associated with a quote number and should be listed on the wiring confirmations. Once the transfer is sent please forward confirmation to support@backstreetsurveillance.com so we can expedite the order processing once the funds are received.
